E-Transfer System – Inter District Transfer Guidelines for School Teachers

Letter No. DD (M)/e-Transfers/2019 by the government of the Punjab school education department (monitoring wing). The E-Transfer System – Inter-District Transfer Guidelines uploaded for School Teachers dated Lahore the 12′ July. 2019.

Submitted to all the CEOs (Chief Executive Officers). Punjab DEAs.

2. The Inter-District transfers the second phase of the e-Transfer system. The system for which the guidelines and instructions circulated, already to be followed by all CEOs Chief Executive Officers, of DEAs for timely & full completion of this exercise.

3. Two steps of the verification for this on-going Inter-District Transfer: phase
1. vacant posts Verification availability soon. All done by the (DEA) CEO  of the district (district for which applied). This option is already available for CEOs. So, all CEOs have required to complete this verification by Monday 15th July.

II. Verification of documents for teachers done by the CEO of the origin district (district applied from).
III. Option for verification of posts available only once, status. Once updated will not be changed. All CEOs have required to conduct this activity very carefully.

4. It has further communicated that the submission of the e-Transfer application on the last date earlier fixed as le July 2019. HAS EXTENDED 15TH JULY, 2019  to give an equal opportunity of e-Transfer to a maximum number of teachers and remaining schedule for the Inter-District, a transfer shall be the same as notified earlier.
