SED Punjab Education Department Pay Protection Case 2021. The Supreme court Pakistan has issued a full judgment document on 08 February 2021. So, the Punjab educators have won this pay protection case.

In addition, we are uploading this judgment sheet which has issued from the Punjab service Tribunal Lahore. There are 37 Appellants and 14 respondents in this judgment sheet.
M Yar Wallana has written a full report on this Judgment sheet. So, he writes that there are thirty-seven appeals. There was the same question of pay protection in these all appeals. Similarly, all appealants are serving on a contract basis.

So, the question of law is also the same there. The chief secretary Punjab has not given pay protection to all these educators. Therefore, they have filled different writ petitions in the court.
First of all, after the rejection of the appeal from the chief secretary, they contact the Punjab service tribunal.
