Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 for Federal Govt Employees

The government has issued a Notification of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 for Federal Govt Employees. So, the Pakistan Finance division regulation wing has worked on 08-07-2021.

However, A notification is F.No. 1(1)imp/2021-216. This is an office memorandum. The subject of this notification is as under.

Subject: Civil Employees Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 of Federal government.

In addition, the president of Pakistan has sanctioned this Adhoc relief for federal govt employees w.e.f 01-07-2021. So, the salary has been increased @10% of running basic pay of employees.

Similarly, it includes armed forces, civil armed forces, personnel, and civil employees of the federal government. Similarly, the government has included all civilians paid from defense estimates.

It includes the contract employees on standard terms and conditions employed on a contract basis. So, there are five common terms and conditions in this notification.

Main Features:

  1. Income Tax
  2. Admissible on leave, LPR except for extraordinary leave.
  3. Not on a calculation of pension, gratuity, and recovery of house rent.
  4. Not admissible on posting or deputation abroad.
  5. Admissible after repatriation like as discussed above.

So, The government has allocated a budget for the financial year 2021-2022. So, it will apply within the budgetary allocation. The government has announced that no supplementary grant on this account.
