Today I am working on “How to Set Up Out of Office Message Gmail Auto Reply”. So, there are two methods to do that. Now I shall discuss here these two methods. A large number of customers ask that question.
However, you should not worry about these emails. Therefore, I have discussed auto-replies emails for Gmail accounts only. There are main two methods.
- Vacation Responder (Quick & Easy)
- Canned Responses (more customizable)
How to Set Up Out of office Message Gmail Auto Reply
First, we discuss a simpler method. It means vacation responder. This method is quick and easy.
Vacation Responder (Quick & Easy)
In addition, type gmail.com in the address bar of the browser. After Login a Gmail account, click on the gear icon top right corner. Those are the settings we choose. So, we enter it in the main settings window.
We found a vacation responder after scrolling down. So, it appears on the bottom there. So, click vacation responder off to on. After that, we will set a date and type a message to appear to a responder. then click save changes. To repeat it for vacation responder off then go there and click an on-off button and save changes.

Canned Responses (Allow more customizable)
This method is the same after signing in and going to settings. After that, go to the Labs tab. So, click on the Labs Tab and go to canned responses. On the right side click on Enable. After enabling click on Save Changes.
Above all, compose a new message, we shall write a message like a vacation responder. So, go to more options in the bottom right corner. From the menu, we select canned responses. Then we go to a new canned response. Add the name of that response and click ok.
Similarly, we can select criteria from the downward arrow inside the search bar. Then we select different groups to whom we want to send auto-replies.
