The government of Punjab has issued notification regarding the Rate of Mark-Up Chargeable on Loans and Advances. So, the finance department Punjab has issued this notification FD (L)1 -250/81-82 (Part-I) on 29-10-2021.
However, the secretary Punjab finance department Lahore has submitted to 9 concerned offices. Before that, the Federal government has issued the same notification on 13 October 2021.
Rate of Mark-Up Chargeable on Loans and Advances
In addition, the Punjab government has referred to previous letters issued on January 01, 2021. So, it has been decided that the final mark-up chargeable on house building advances has been changed. Therefore, the government servants take advances and loans for different tasks at home.
Similarly, the government has changed this rate to 10.30% for the financial year 2020-21.
