The office of the district education officer has issued a letter regarding explanation cum personal hearing. So, the district government has issued this letter on 11 December 2021.

Subject: – EXPLANATION CUM PERSONAL HEARING.
As per the report of MEA during his visit to your school in the month of December 2021 the Following observations were highlighted.
1. TOTAL WASHROOMS 8, NO. OF 06 FUNCTIONAL AND 02 BLOCKED WAS] ROOMS
2. ALL STUDENTS \SENT TO THEIR HOMES BY THE ORDER OF HeadMaster DUE TO STAFF BEING ON ELECTION COMMISSION DUTY.
3. RECORD OF NSB AND FTF NOT AVAILABLE BECAUSE CLERK IS ON CASUAL LEAVE.
It shows your poor performance. In this regard, the DEO has directed you to attend the office of the undersigned on 13-12-2021 at 2:00 PM and submit your defense with sold reasons along with pictorial/video clip evidence of removal or the above-mentioned observations.
In case of non-compliance, the government will recommend strict disciplinary action against you under the PEEDA act 2006.
