The government has requested Lab Attendants Service Rules & Upgradation. So, the school education department has written a letter SO(SE-III)5-419/2018-P-I dated 30-12-2021.
In addition, the Punjab government SED has submitted this letter to the director of public instructions elementary.

However, the government has taken an initiative due to an application of lab attendants association president. Therefore, he has written an application in this regard. So, the DPI has enclosed that application with this letter.
Above all, the SED has started work on that application.

At last, the lab attendants will get up-gradation if the government considers this application. Before that, many government servants have tried in this regard but the government could not take any step ahead.
The schools give better services in computer labs through these laboratory attendants. So, they play a vital role in computer learning. Therefore, the government should take serious steps to upgrade them.
So, IT teachers manage computer lab schedules for students. But lab attendants maintain that IT schedule. They open and close that lab according to the given schedule.
