The Finance department has issued a letter about CM Office Special Allowance @50% of Monthly Basic Pay. So, the government of Punjab has issued a letter FD.PR.12-4/2015 dated 22-07-2022.
However, the Punjab government has submitted this letter to the accountant general Punjab. Therefore, Chief Minister office employees will get a special allowance @50% of monthly basic pay.
CM Office Special Allowance @50% of Monthly Basic Pay
In addition the governor of Punjab has approved this special allowance for the Chief Minister Office employees. So, the employees will get this allowance from 01-07-2022.
In other words, the Punjab government has announced a special allowance @ 15% for other employees of Punjab. But they have approved this allowance only for some people only.
