Solution

Smallest number divisible by 21,56,63

Factors of 21=3×7

Factors of 56=2×2×2×7

Factors of 63=3×3×7

LCM=2×2×2×3×3×7=504

∴504 is the smallest number divisible by 21,56 and 63

Now, smallest 4-digit number=1000

1000=504×2-8

Remainder=8

But we need to find a number where the remainder is 0
