Notification No. PA/KP/PS/DS/2018 dated December 31, 2018, by PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY SECRETARIAT regarding KPK provincial assembly Pakistan about Transfer /Posting Education Department.

I want to highlight a genuine issue: Peshawar residents are struggling to find jobs in different Departments/Organizations within the district.

An official letter with No. 18-09-2018 (a copy is attached) has been sent to almost all Administrative Secretaries about this matter. However, we have not yet received a positive response.

So, we are talking about most of the Government servants from all districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Particularly from the Elementary & Secondary Education Department. There are actively seeking opportunities for various posts within different Departments/Organizations at the district level. They are making considerable efforts to secure transfers to Peshawar District. It’s important to note that as incumbents transfer to Peshawar, they leave behind vacant posts in their respective districts, which are subsequently filled by appointing others. Consequently, this trend creates a sense of unfairness among young job seekers searching for opportunities in Peshawar District.

It would be better to draft a legal procedure on a departmental basis to permanently resolve this issue and secure the rights of the inhabitants of Peshawar in seeking out Employment in the various Departments/Organizations in Peshawar District. Only the incumbents in our Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who are trying to transfer their services to the Peshawar District be allowed transfer along with their Cadres. With thanks,
